Program 2009:
"... It was a group of young people from different social classes, united by one thing: an aversion to the conventions and the establishment. Artists, filmmakers, students, actors, poets - a group of creators - and fanatics of experience created a new and electrifying atmosphere, where ideas and projects raised such as tomatoes in a greenhouse. They worked hard, the productivity of FACTORY was huge, and it was neither a factory nor an industrial company, although the designation “FACTORY” suggests this for irony and provocation. It could rather be compared to an artists’ atelier like Verrochio, Leonardo da Vinci, Cranach, Ticiano, Rubens or Rembrandt.

In 2009, L'AGENZIA DI ARTE will honor in a symbolic way Andy Warhol and the movement that he created, gathering artists of various trends and nationalities, grouping them into a single place, which became known as FACTORY. Many artists were launched through these places, which became a movement and spread throughout the world. As our group gathers more than 200 artists from all continents, experts in different fields, each one following its own technical and trend, as the most important is to create, promote and spread our art... the group exhibitions in 2009 will have the title of

Conditions for participation:
o The exhibitions are only OPEN to members of AGENZIA.
o1 work with the maximum dimensions of 100*100cm
o A photo of the work 300dpi 1024x768 should be sent together with a brief description and a summary of the artist cv
o The Transportation: delivery to AGENZIA and subsequent return will be the responsibility of the Artist; between each exhibition will be the responsibility of the AGENZIA.
o Insurance: The possibility to contract an insurance to cover the work since the arrived to AGENZIA, until the return to the Artist, in a maximum of 500 Euros per work. It’ll protect the transport between each exhibition; it’ll be a single annual fee of 20 Euros per work. If the Artist choose not to contract this service, the work will be without protection in case of accidents, damage, robbery or loss. The AGENZIA in a way or another ensured the best care in care of each work, as if they were their.
o The Artist will be able to contract directly an insurance of their trust or other type of insurance.
o The Commission: 35%
o The Acquisition Prize: 1.000 Eur per exhibition. The Sponsor of each prize will select the winner between one of the works exhibits, regardless of value and size concerned, staying with his property. The Artists who do not wish to participate in the Prize should mention it explicitly in the registration form. The prize is subject to the commission of 35%. The winner will receive a Certificate issued by AGENZIA and the Sponsor. L'AGENZIA DI ARTE will be the Sponsor of one of Acquisition Prize Exhibition.
o There is a fee of participation in each exhibition.
o The offers: Catalog, mailing, port of honor at the inauguration, press release.

Note: The participants who adhere to the 4 exhibitions have a discount of 20%; Realizing a sale, the artist must immediately replace the work sold for the following exhibition.
The works have to be delivered until 10/12/2008, for the participants in the exhibition January at Gallery of Auditorium of Vila do Conde and all the others until 28/02/2009.
The fees must be paid on the same dates.
