PREMESSA

La Rassegna Artistica Il “Trofeo di Capodanno”, giunto ormai alla sua settima edizione, avverte la necessità di allargare i propri orizzonti, staccandosi dai pregiudizi educativi di zona e muovendosi alla ricerca di più ampie e multiformi realizzazioni di arte del nostro tempo, per offrire lo stimolo che solo le forme d’arte più evolute sanno offrire.

L’Associazione Spazio Arte in veste di promotrice della Rassegna, animata, al suo interno, dagli artisti di Art-Point ed, in particolare dal suo Presidente, scultore Angelo Cottone, si rivolge con questo Evento ad un pubblico amante delle interrogazioni, del bello, del sapere, del perché e dell’arte in tutta la sua complessità.

La Rassegna cresce e si rinnova e mette in discussione quando fina ad adesso creduto, ampliando i propri orizzonti ed accogliendo artisti di tutta dall’Italia e dall’estero, superando così i confini geografici locali.

La ferma volontà dell’Assessorato alla cultura del Comune di Beinasco di offrire, con questa iniziativa ormai consolidata, un augurio di buon anno, ai propri cittadini, all’insegna del bello e dell’arte in ogni sua forma espressiva, è il fondamento ed il corollario di questo evento che, in Beinasco, ha avuto i natali, proprio nella ex chiesa di Santa Croce, prova concreta della valorizzazione di architetture non più utili agli scopi originali e divenuta appagante connubio di struttura moderna racchiusa in un pregevole guscio del 1700.

Il Trofeo di Capodanno è nato per la promozione dell’Arte e per promuovere l’incontro di artisti di varie esperienze e tendenze, per incoraggiare e stimolare le sperimentazioni di nuove tecniche a vantaggio della creatività e fuori di ogni logica di mercato, che punta solo a produrre, in quantità industriali, opere commerciali che avviliscono l’artista e lo riducono al ruolo delle produzioni/riproduzioni.

In tale logica occorre collocare le linee operative della Commissione che valuta le opere, sia per il messaggio innovativo che per le qualità artistiche fuori da schemi comuni e consolidati e a cui spetta assegnare i premi in palio perché è questa la consuetudine e la logica dei concorsi, in ogni caso è ovvio che il volere di una pur bravissima giuria sia pure convalidata non possa rappresentare il volere di tutti gli esperti in materia, ed è per questo che tutti gli artisti selezionati e che prenderanno parte a questa rassegna si possono considerare vincitori solo per il fatto di esseri stati ammessi a partecipare a questo Evento.

REGOLAMENTO DEFINITIVO

1) Luogo della Rassegna, la rassegna si svolgerà nel Comune di Beinasco (TO) fra il mese di dicembre 2008 e gennaio 2009 e prevede l’assegnazione di sei TROFEI DI CAPODANNO (arte classica, moderna, informale, arte digitale, surreale e avanguardista) e numerosi altri premi.

2) Tecniche e correnti, sono ammesse a partecipare tutte le tecniche, le correnti e le tendenze artistiche: pittura, scultura, grafica e disegno, disegno a matita, carboncino, pastelli, lavori a tempera, ad acqua, inchiostri, incisioni su carta e altri materiali, fotografia, arte digitale e video arte.

3) Inaugurazione, la cerimonia inaugurale della Rassegna avverrà il 27 dicembre alle ore 16,30 nei locali di Santa Croce di Beinasco

4) Apertura al pubblico, la rassegna sarà aperta al pubblico dal 27 dicembre 2008 al 11 gennaio 2009 con il seguente orario: tutti i giorni, escluso il 1° gennaio 2009, dalle ore 15,00 alle 19,00

5) Premiazione e chiusura, la Premiazione e la chiusura della Rassegna avverrà il giorno 11 gennaio alle ore 16,30.

6) Si partecipa con due opere, le dimensione delle opere devono essere: per le opere a parete di 100 cm di base x 150 cm di altezza, per le sculture e opere d’istallazione di un mq di base x 170 cm di altezza.

7) Gli artisti invitati che desiderano partecipare devono inviare, digitalizzato, la loro biografia, di non più di 1000 caratteri in formato “Doc”, n. 6 foto di opere in alta risoluzione nel formato“Jpg”, la scheda di adesione, e il bollettino dell’avvenuto versamento di almeno il 50% del dovuto entro il 24 ottobre 2008 a: master@trofeocapodanno.com. In via eccezionale si può spedire il materiale cartaceo alla Segreteria della Rassegna: Associazione “Spazio Arte” via Mazzini,3 10060 Castagnole P.te (TO). Nota:, per rimediare ad eventuali erronei inviti, la Commissione Artistica vaglierà tutto il materiale pervenuto e può non ammettere alla Rassegna alcuni autori, in questi casi gli autori interessati saranno avvisati entro il 30 ottobre 2008 e verrà loro restituita la quota versata.

8) Le opere dovranno pervenire:
se consegnate a mano, previo preavviso nella Sede Operativa dell’Associazione Spazio Arte: via Don Minzioni 12, Beinasco (Fraz. Borgaretto) (TO) entro e non oltre il 14 dicembre 2008.
Se spedite per corriere o per posta alla Sede Amministrativa dell’Associazione Spazio Arte: via Mazzini 3, 10060 Castagnole P.te (TO) entro il 14 dicembre 2008.
Le scultura, se superiori a 50 Kg. dovranno essere portate, dopo preavviso, nella Sede Operativa dell’Associazione Spazio Arte: via Don Minzioni 12, Beinasco (Fraz. Borgaretto) (TO).

9) Gli artisti non invitati e che desiderano partecipare, dovranno inviare il loro curriculum all’indirizzo con n. 6 foto di opere, il tutto digitalizzato a: master@trofeocapodanno.com La Commissione Artistica valuterà la documentazione e comunicherà agli interessati,nel più breve tempo possibile, il responso.

10) Il contributo di partecipazione, a parziale copertura delle spese, è fissato in Euro 75,00 e deve essere versato al momento della spedizione della documentazione, alla Banca Poste Italiane – Agenzia di Castagnole Piemonte c/c nr. 90029893 (codice IBAN: IT03Z0760101000000090029893), intestato a:“Spazio Arte” con la motivazione “partecipazione Rassegna Trofeo di Capodanno 2009”, non si accettano altre forme di pagamento. La quota può essere versata anche in due rate: la prima, 50%, all’atto della spedizione della documentazione e dell’adesione.

11) Partecipazione riservata, informiamo che la partecipazione alla Rassegna è riservata solo ad artisti Italiani e stranieri di alta notorietà, selezionati ed invitati e che per motivi di spazio siamo costretti a limitare il numero dei partecipanti, pertanto chi decide di partecipare all’Evento deve far pervenire la propria adesione al più presto.

12) L'eventuale ritiro dalla partecipazione alla Rassegna, non darà agli artisti rinunciatari alcun diritto al rimborso delle quote versate e se la quota di partecipazione non è stata versata per intero non darà diritto, neanche, al suo inserimento nel catalogo della Rassegna.

13) Furti e danni alle opere o a persone, pur garantendo la massima cura, l’ organizzazione non risponderà di eventuali furti o danni alle opere o a persone, che si dovessero verificare nel periodo della Rassegna l’autore volendo, può stipulare polizza assicurativa a suo carico.

14) Modifiche, è facoltà dell'ente organizzatore, qualora concorrano opportuni motivi, variare luogo e data della manifestazione, dandone tempestiva notizia a tutti gli interessati.

15) Giudizio della Giuria, in occasione della selezione delle opere e dell’assegnazione dei premi il giudizio della Commissione Artistica è insindacabile ed inappellabile.

16) Norme per la presentazione delle opere con la penalità di non avere le opere esposte o essere esclusi dal concorso,
le opere non devono avere vetro fatta eccezione per le grafiche e gli acquerelli, ma se superiore a cm 35 x cm 50 di devono avere il vetro sintetico (plexiglas);
nel retro di ogni opera o sotto la base se scultura, deve essere messa una etichetta, riportante il titolo, la tecnica, l’anno di fattura, l’indirizzo, il telefono e la generalità dell’artista;
le opere a parete devono avere una buona attaccaglia e non devono avere cornici decorose.

17) Ritiro delle opere, le opere potranno essere ritirate il giorno 11 gennaio dopo la cerimonia di Premiazione, quelle rimanenti dovranno essere ritirate entro 10 giorni dal termine della Rassegna, negli orari che saranno concordati con l’Organizzazione. Le opere pervenute per corriere o per posta se non ritirate dall’autore o da un delegato, verranno rispedite all’autore con spese di imballaggio e di trasporto a loro carico. Le opere non ritirate e senza nessuna comunicazione a riguardo, rimarranno di proprietà dell’Organizzazione.

18) Premi: per ogni sezione: arte classica, moderna, informale, arte digitale, surreale e avanguardista, vi sarà un primo premio a cui verrà assegnato Il Trofeo bronzeo e sempre per sezione ci saranno un 2°, un 3° e numerosi altri premi di Rappresentanza divisi nelle sezioni.
Verranno, anche assegnati, fra i vincitori del Trofeo tre premi acquisti del valore di 700,00 euro (vedi art.. 19)

19) Premi in denaro, fra i premiati del “Trofeo di Capodanno” saranno individuate tre opere alle quali verranno assegnati tre premi del valore di €. 700,00 cadauno. Le tre opere andranno a far parte del patrimonio della Pinacoteca del Comune di Beinasco. Gli autori interessati saranno preventivamente contattati dall’organizzazione e nell’occasione possono rinunciare il premio vinto, l’eventuale rinuncia del premio non da diritto ad un premio sostitutivo.
Nota: qualora il premio viene richiesto in denaro questo sarà soggetto ad una ritenuta fiscale, come previsto per legge, del 20%.

Tutti gli artisti partecipanti hanno diritto, oltre ad avere la possibilità di aggiudicarsi i numerosi premi in palio a:
1. una o due opere esposte per giorni 15 nei prestigiosi locali della ex chiesa Santa Croce di Beinasco;
2. una Brochure illustrativa della Rassegna;
3. un DVD-ROM con le foto, il video della Rassegna
4. un Attestato di Partecipazione
5. essere inserito con un’opera nel catalogo della Rassegna e ad averne una copia gratuita;
6. essere inserito con 6 opere nella galleria virtuale del sito web www.trofeocapodanno.com, già dal giorno della sua adesione alla rassegna.



Memorandum delle scadenze:
24 ottobre – ultimo giorno per la presentazione del materiale digitale e versamento del 50% della quota;
14 dicembre - ultimo giorno per la consegna delle opere e versamento della quota a saldo.
27 dicembre – inaugurazione della Rassegna, presso l’ ex chiesa Santa Croce di Beinasco alle ore 16.30;
27/12/2008-11/01/2009 – Esposizione opere. Orario mostra: tutti i giorni, escluso il 1° gennaio, dalle ore 15,00 alle ore 19,00;
11 gennaio – Premiazione e chiusura della Rassegna, presso l’ ex chiesa Santa Croce di Beinasco alle ore 16,30.

“Trophy of New Year's eve 2009”
International review of figurative art, 7ª Edition
December 27 th 2008 - January 11 th 2009

PREMISE

The Artistic Review The “Trophy of New Year's eve”, reaches by now his/her seventh edition, it warns the necessity to widen his/her own horizons, detaching himself/herself/itself from the educational prejudices of zone and moving himself/herself/itself to the search amplest and multiform realizations of art of our time, to offer the stimulus that only the more evolved forms of art know how to offer.

The association I Space Art as promoting of the Review, animate, to his/her inside, from the artists of Art-Point and, particularly from his/her President, sculptor Angelo Cooked of it, turns him with this Event to a public lover of the interrogations, of the beautiful one, to know, of the why and of the art in all of his/her complexity.

The Review grows and he renews and it puts in discussion when thin to now believed, widening his/her own horizons and welcoming artists of all from Italy and from the foreign countries, overcoming so the local geographical confinements.

The firm wish of the Assessorato to the culture of the Commune of Beinasco to offer, with this initiative by now consolidated, a wish of good year, to his/her own citizens, to the insignia of the beautiful one and the art in every expressive form of his, it is the base and the corollary of this event that, in Beinasco, you/he/she has had the native, really in the ex church of Saint Cross, concrete test of the exploitation of more useful architectures to the original purposes and become appagante match of modern structure contained in a 1700 valuable hull.

The Trophy of New Year's eve was born for the promotion of the art and to promote the meeting of artists of various experiences and tendencies, to encourage and to stimulate the experimentations of new techniques to advantage of the creativeness and out of every logic of market, that point only to produce, in industrial quantity, commercial works that dishearten the artist and they reduce him/it to the role of the produzioni/riproduzionis.

In such logic it is necessary to put the operational lines of the Committee that the works appraise, both for the innovative message and for the artistic qualities out of common schemes and consolidated and to which is up to assign the prizes in palio because it is this the custom and the logic of the contests, in every case it is obvious that the will of one also good jury even though corroborated cannot represent the will of all the experts in subject, and it is for this that all the selected artists and that they will take part to this review you/they can be considered winning only for the fact of beings acknowledges to participate in this Event.

DEFINITIVE RULE

1) place of the Review, the review will develop him in the Commune of Beinasco (TO) between the month of December 2008 and January 2009 and it foresees the assignment of six Trophies Of New Year's eve (classical art, modern, informal, digital art, surreal and avant-gardist) and numerous other prizes.

2) techniques and tides, are acknowledged to participate all the techniques, the tides and the artistic tendencies: painting, sculpture, graphics and sketch, sketch to pencil, carboncino, crayons, jobs to temper, to water, inks, incisions on paper and other materials, photo, digital art and video art.

3) inauguration, the opening ceremony of the Review will happen on December 27 to her times 16,30 in the places of Saint Cross of Beinasco

4) opening to the public, the review will be open to the public from December 27 th 2008 to January 11 th 2009 with the hourly following: every day, excluded January 1° th 2009, from the hours 15,00 at 19,00 o'clock

5) awarding and closing, the Awarding and the closing of the Review it will happen the day 11 January to her times 16,30.

6) you participates with two works, the dimension of the works they have to be: for the works to wall of 100 cms of basic x 150 cms of height, for the sculptures and works of istallazione of a mq of basic x 170 cms of height.

7) the artists invited that they desire to participate they have to send, digitalizzato, their biography, than no more than 1000 characters in formed “Doc”, n. 6 photos of works in high resolution in the formato“Jpg”, the card of adhesion and the bulletin of the happened payment than at least 50% of the due one within October 24 th 2008 to: master@trofeocapodanno.com. In by exceptional the papery material to the Reception office of the Review can be sent: Association “Space Art” 10060 Mazzini,3 street Crackers P.te (TO). Note:, to make up for to possible wrong invitations, the Committee Artistica will sift the whole reached material and is able not to admit some authors to the Review, in these cases the interested authors will be told within October 30 th 2008 and you/he/she will be returned them the versed quota.

8) The works will have to reach:
if you deliver by hand, previous warning in the Operational Center of the association I Space Art: street Don Minzioni 12, Beinasco (Fraz. Borgaretto) (TO) within and not over December 14 th 2008.
If you send for messenger or for mail to the Administrative Center of the association I Space Art: 3 Mazzini street, 10060 Crackers P.te (TO) within December 14 th 2008.
The sculpture, if superior to 50 Kgs. you/they must have brought, after warning, in the Operational Center of the association I Space Art: street Don Minzioni 12, Beinasco (Fraz. Borgaretto) (TO).

9) the artists not guests and that they desire to participate, they will have to send their curriculum to the address with n. 6 photos of works, the all digitalizzato to: master@trofeocapodanno.com You Committee Artistica will appraise the documentation and will communicate briefest possible time to the interessati,nels, the response.

10) the contribution of share, to partial coverage of the expenses, you/he/she has fixed in European 75,00 and it has to be versed during the consignment of the documentation, to the Bank Poste Italian-Agency of Crackers Piedmont c/c nr. 90029893 (code IBAN: IT03Z0760101000000090029893), headed to:“Space Art” with the motivation “share Resigns Trophy of New Year's eve 2009”, other forms of payment are not accepted. The quota can be also versed in two installments: the first one, 50%, to the action of the consignment of the documentation and the adhesion.

11) reserved share, informs that the share to the Review is reserved only to Italian artists and foreigners of high notoriety, selected and guests and that for motives for space we are forced to limit the number of the participants, therefore who decides to participate in the event it has to make to reach his/her own adhesion as soon as possible.

12) the possible withdrawal from the share to the Review, won't give renouncers to the artists some right to the reimbursement of the versed quotas and if the quota of share has not been versed in full it won't give right, even, to its insertion in the catalog of the Review.

13) thefts and damages to the works or to people, also guaranteeing the maximum care, l ' organization won't respond of possible thefts or damages to the works or to people, that were had to verify in the period of the Review the author wanting, you/he/she can stipulate policy assicurativa in his name.

14) changes, are faculty of the corporate body organizer, if opportune motives compete, to vary place and date of the demonstration giving timely news of it to all the parties.

15) judgment of the Jury, on the occasion of the selection of the works and the assignment of the prizes the judgment of the Committee Artistica is unquestionable and final.

16) norms for the presentation of the works with the penalty not to have the exposed works or to be excluded by the contest,
the works don't have to have glass made exception for the graphics and the water-colors, but if superior to cm 35 xes cm 50 of they have to have the synthetic glass (plexiglas);
in the back of every work or under the base if sculpture, must have put a label, riportante the title, the technique, the year of invoice, the address, the telephone and the generality of the artist;
the works to wall have to have a good attaccaglia and don't have to have decent frames.

17) withdrawal of the works, the works can be retired the day 11 January after the ceremony of Awarding, those remaining they will have to be retired within 10 days from the term of the Review, in the schedules that will be agreements with the organization. The works reached for messenger or for mail if not withdrawn from the author or from a delegate, the author you/they will be re-sent to with expenses of packing and transport in their name. The works not retreats and without any communication to respect, they will remain of ownership of the organization.

18) prizes: for every section: classical art, modern, informal, digital art, surreal and avant-gardist there will be a first prize to which The bronzy Trophy will be assigned and always for section there will be a 2°, a 3° and numerous other prizes of Representation divided in the sections.
They will come, also assigned, among the winners of the Trophy three prizes purchases of the European value of 700,00 (you see art.. 19)

19) prizes in money, among the prize winners of the “Trophy of New Year's eve” three works will be individualized to which three prizes of the value will be assigned of €. 700,00 each. The three works will go to belong to the patrimony of the Pinacoteca of the Commune of Beinasco. The interested authors will preventively be contacted from the organization and in the occasion you/they can abdicate the defeated prize, the possible renouncement of the prize not from right to a substitutive prize.
Note: if for the prize is asked in money this it will be subject to a fiscal retention, as foreseen for law of 20%.

All the artists participants have the right, further to have the possibility to be awarded the numerous prizes in palio to:
1. one or two works exposed for days 15 in the prestigious places of the ex church Saint Cross of Beinasco;
2. an illustrative Brochure of the Review;
3. a DVD-ROM with the photos, the video of the Review
4. a Certificate of Share
5. being inserted with a work in the catalog of the Review and to have a free copy of it;
6. being inserted with 6 works in the virtual gallery of the site web www.trofeocapodanno.com, already from the day of his/her adhesion to the review.



Memorandum of the expirations:
24 October-last day for the presentation of the digital material and 50 payment% of the quota;
14 December - last day for the delivery of the works and payment of the quota to firm.
27 December-inauguration of the Review, near l ' ex church Saint Cross of Beinasco at the 16.30;
27/12/2008-11/01/2009-exposure works. Schedule show: every day, excluded on January 1°, from the hours 15,00 to her times 19,00;
11 January-Awarding and closing of the Review, near l ' ex church Saint Cross of Beinasco at the 16,30.
