Late news, for May 2007: 1000s of hours of digital has forced my left hand into retirement. This is a common problem. What to do? I moved the mouse to the right side. I started drawing with ink, with the right hand, as therapy, as an experiment. I would explore the "loose line," all I could do.
I approached ink as if it were some wild new technology. Made a lot of interesting drawings. I had an Open Studio in mid-May, Norfolk, Va., called Low Tech/High Tech. An odd pairing, ink and digital work, made possible because I couldn't do any more digital! The right hand is coming along, so maybe i can go back some day. (Show continues--by appointment. Phone for anybody in area: 757-455-5020 c/o Word-Wise.)
I put 4 examples in a second gallery (under Drawing).

PROFI
LE THAT WAS HERE BEFORE:
Novelist, artist, poet, education activist.
I have two art sites; and I write about digital art on DigitalRising.blogspot.com. (If you have any grandiose statements to make about digital art in Italy or Europe, please send.)
My biggest site is Improve-Education.org. It's smart nonfiction on all my passions: art, poetry, creativity, robots, English usage, sophistry, Rudolph Flesch, maps, Taoism, design, Latin, and bad educational ideas. This is a site that intellectuals would enjoy.
PS. Thanks for the greetings. It's an honor to be on such a handsome site.
