NORMATIVA

• La rassegna si svolgerà nel Comune di Beinasco (TO) fra il mese di dicembre 2008 e gennaio 2009 e prevede l’assegnazione di sei TROFEI DI CAPODANNO (Arte classica, moderna, informale, arte digitale, surreale e avanguardista).

• Sono ammesse a partecipare tutte le tecniche, le correnti e le tendenze artistiche: pittura, scultura, grafica e disegno, disegno a matita, carboncino, pastelli, lavori a tempera, ad acqua, inchiostri, incisioni su carta e altri materiali, fotografia, arte digitale e video arte.

• La Rassegna si svolgerà in due fasi, la prima nel mese di dicembre 2008 per la preselezione e la seconda riservata agli autori selezionati nel mese di gennaio 2009. L’ esposizione delle opere avverrà nei prestigiosi locali della Chiesa di Santa Croce di Beinasco.

• Fra gli artisti ammessi alla Rassegna finale il Comune di Beinasco acquisterà alcune opere e a tale scopo gli autori interessati saranno contattati dall’organizzazione.

• Tutti gli artisti ammessi all’esposizione di preselezione e a quella selezionata verranno inseriti nel catalogo della Rassegna e nel sito Web della Rassegna.

• Si partecipa con due opere di dimensioni libere, ma si assicura l'esposizione di una sola. Per le opere scultoree se superiori al peso di 50 kg e all’altezza di m 2,00 bisogna contattare preventivamente l'organizzazione.

• Sono ammessi a partecipare solo gli artisti invitati perché riconosciuti idonei dal Comitato Artistico della Rassegna. Questi per partecipare dovranno inviare alla Direzione due o più foto di opere digitalizzate ad alta risoluzione con relativa descrizione, un testo biografico, digitalizzato, di non più di 1000 caratteri per l’inserimento nel Sito Web e nel catalogo, la scheda di conferma alla partecipazione compilata e firmata con il versamento del 50% contributo richiesto per la partecipazione.

• Gli artisti non invitati e che desiderano partecipare possono inviare alla Direzione 4 o 5 foto di opere digitalizzate ad alta risoluzione con relativa descrizione, un testo biografico, digitalizzato, di non più di 1000 caratteri. Se tali artisti venissero riconosciuti validi dalla Commissione Artistica dovranno far pervenire la scheda di conferma alla partecipazione compilata e firmata con il versamento del 50% contributo richiesto per la partecipazione, entro 15 giorni dalla data di ricevimento dell’avvenuta comunicazione.

• Le opere con il versamento a saldo del contributo di partecipazione richiesto devono pervenire con spese a carico del partecipante immancabilmente entro il 15 dicembre 2008.

• Per motivi di sicurezza non sono accettate opere con vetro, in via eccezionale è tollerato solo il vetro sintetico.

• Fra gli autori ammessi all’Esposizione finale verranno assegnati i sei Trofei in palio e altri premi e riconoscimenti.

• Il contributo di partecipazione richiesto per la partecipazione per una o due opere è in via indicativa di €. 90,00. Il contributo serve a coprire parte delle ingenti spese di gestione e organizzazione della mostra (quali acquisto premi, oneri per la Commissione Artistica, progettazione e creazione del website, acquisto spazio web e messa on-line del contenuto, brochure, catalogo, cd rom relativo all'evento, costi allestimento, costi pulizia locali, ecc ... .

• L'eventuale ritiro in qualunque momento della conferma di partecipazione alla manifestazione, non darà agli artisti rinunciatari alcun diritto al rimborso delle quote versate.

• Le norme nel presente regolamento generale sono necessariamente molto riassuntive e non esprimono in maniera dettagliata la complessità del lavoro organizzativo, pertanto sono da considerarsi integrati da tutti i regolamenti interni e lettere circolari che regolano i rapporti tra l'organizzazione dell'evento e gli artisti, e quanti altri collaborano alla realizzazione della manifestazione.

• E' facoltà dell'ente organizzatore, qualora concorrano opportuni motivi, variare luogo e data della manifestazione, dandone tempestiva notizia a tutti gli interessati.

• Ogni artista ammesso a partecipare ha diritto :
• Esposizione delle sue opere per 15 o 30 giorni
• Il premio eventualmente vinto.
• Una Brochure
• Attestato di Partecipazione
• Un DVD-ROM con le foto, il video della Rassegna
• Il Catalogo della Rassegna con una sua opera inserita
